How to Unlock Your iPhone With iLiberty+ (Windows)(1.1.4>)

These are instructions on how to unlock, jailbreak and activate your iPhone using iLiberty+ and Windows.

Before following these instructions you should have already restored your iPhone to 1.1.4 using iTunes. You should have the iPhone connected to your dock/computer and iTunes should have detected the iPhone after restore at least one once!

Step One
Download iLiberty+ 1.2 from here.

Step Two
Install iLiberty+ 1.2

Step Three
iLiberty+ will open onto the standard tab.

Check the operations you would like to perform. If you are unlocking you would most likely choose all 5 options!

Step Four
Click to select the Payloads tab. From here you can select additional payloads to install while unlocking or jailbreaking. We will leave this alone for now and go back to the Standard tab. Note***: A tutorial on how to download and install payloads will be posted in the near future.

Step Five
Click the Go for it! button from the Standard Tab to begin.

Next I got a message that asked me to disconnect then reconnect my iPhone and click the OK button.

Step Six
You will then notice a status bar appear. Unfortunately, mine only displayed until around 13% and then disappeared. No worries though, the unlock procedure continued and finished successfully. I was not notified that it did by the software. Just watch your iPhone until it comes to rest at the "Slide to unlock" screen.

so i plugged in the phone that i got brand new today and everything seemed to go well, the screen turned purple and it had a symbol of the itunes and the charger plug, after about 10 minutes in turned all black and stayed like that for like 30min so i got curious and unpluged the phone and it said something like sparkplug disconnected in white letters on the screen, and it started saying BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0.... it has been sayin that for the past like 30 min. Ive plugged it in and it says reconnected but there is no configuration. help!!

iLiberty worked like a charm. I updated my unlocked 1.0.2 to 1.1.4 in iTunes and then ran iLiberty and it did everythign for me. All my data was restored also. Huge Thank you to the creator!

I have a brand new iphone, just bought it, I'm assuming that I can skip the "restored your iPhone to 1.1.4 using iTunes" step. and just run iliberty with the phone connected to itunes.
