Does anybody know a good image editor?
I am looking for an image editor that is free..but i can not find any good ones....does anybody have a good program to edit and resize images?

Yeah that is the best idea, Google it, there are many online editors to check out that are for simple tasks like editing and resizing...

i like using paint.net. its just like photoshop but no filters.
