Apple have announced the dates for the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2008, which will be held June 9th through to the 13th in San Francisco. With the slogan “A landmark event. In more ways than one”, Apple will be focusing on development for OS X Leopard and the new iPhone SDK, while the keynote will likely be held on Monday 9th.

I still hold out a vague (and likely vain) hope that Steve Jobs will finally announce a 3G iPhone to take advantage of all this new direct-to-phone downloading, but I doubt we’ll be so lucky.
