Ok, When i got my iPod Touch, I got it from somebody else. When I used it before I synced it with my computer I could hold a icon and the icons would like shake a little bit. Now that I synced it, I cant do that, meaning I cant delete any of my apps and I cant move them. I cant buy and download the new january update, but my parents wont give me the money for it...I need help getting it for free maybe...if thats possable for the touch.

Any help on that?
